The grill sits in the middle of the room, and the butcher counter is in full view: you can walk up, choose your cut and have it sliced to the size you want. We work with two selections, Prussian and Danish, at the same price on every cut — T-bone and rib steak by weight, fillet and sliced steak by the portion.

Around the grill there is the rest: pasta rolled in house every morning with the three Roman classics, pizza in three doughs risen for 72 hours, the fish, the tartares and the burgers.

We are open non-stop from 8, every day: breakfast, lunch à la carte, aperitivo from 6 to 7:30pm, dinner and the lounge bar until late. Two hundred metres from the Circus Maximus.
