After midnight there is no more food, but the lounge and cocktail bar stay open: until 1am Monday to Thursday and on Sunday, until 2am on Friday and Saturday. If you are looking for a late dinner in Rome, know the difference before you set out: open until 1am does not mean a kitchen until 1am.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;margin:30px 0\"><a href=\"\/en\/prenota\/\" style=\"display:inline-block;padding:13px 30px;border:1px solid #c59134;border-radius:30px;color:#c59134;text-decoration:none;font-weight:700;letter-spacing:.3px\">Book a table<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ra-0-last-orders\">Last orders<\/h2>\n<p>The last time to order from the kitchen is midnight, every day of the year, August bank holiday (Ferragosto) included: we are open 365 days a year. Sit down at 11:30pm and dinner is still possible. Arrive at ten past midnight and the kitchen has closed, but the bar is still serving.<\/p>\n<p>A practical tip: if you are arriving late, put your arrival time in the booking notes and order food as soon as you sit down, before the drinks.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ra-1-opening-hours-day-by-day\">Opening hours, day by day<\/h2>\n<p>We are open 365 days a year, public holidays included. We open in the morning with breakfast and close:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Thursday: 8am to 1am;<\/li>\n<li>Friday: 8am to 2am;<\/li>\n<li>Saturday: 10am to 2am;<\/li>\n<li>Sunday: 10am to 1am.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On all of these days the kitchen closes at midnight. Between the kitchen closing and the doors closing there is the lounge: you can stay seated and have a drink, but no more dishes are served.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ra-2-what-to-order-late\">What to order late<\/h2>\n<p>For a late dinner you order from the <a href=\"\/en\/menu-cena\/\">dinner menu<\/a>: the grill, pasta and burgers.<\/p>\n<p>There are three Roman pasta dishes: amatriciana with mezze maniche and cacio e pepe with tonnarelli, both pasta shapes rolled in-house every morning, and the Rosso Carbonara, made with spaghetti and an egg marinated in Vermouth di Torino. There is also a pasta of the day, which changes: ask the staff.<\/p>\n<p>The grill is still the speciality. The fiorentina, the Florentine T-bone, starts at about 800 grams and is meant for two; for a single portion, choose a rib steak, a fillet or a tagliata. There are also burgers, and wok dishes with vegetables, chicken or prawns.<\/p>\n<p>If you are short of time, pizza is the simplest choice. The three doughs, Tonda Romana, Diversamente Napoletana and Super Fina, rise for at least 72 hours and are described on the pizza menu.<\/p>\n<p>To finish there are four desserts made in-house, including tiramis\u00f9 and cheesecake. The cover charge is 2 euro per person and is shown on every menu.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ra-3-after-midnight-lounge-and-cock\">After midnight: lounge and cocktail bar<\/h2>\n<p>When the kitchen closes, the bar carries on, with a <a href=\"\/en\/drink-list\/\">drinks list<\/a> of 16 classic cocktails and 5 alcohol-free ones. The classics include the Negroni, the Americano, the Gin Tonic, the Bellini and several spritzes; the alcohol-free list includes the Virgin Mojito and the Shirley Temple. If you prefer wine, there are 12 wines by the glass and 56 bottles, with the list and prices published online. On Friday and Saturday the bar stays open an hour longer, until 2am.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ra-4-getting-here-and-parking-in-th\">Getting here and parking in the evening<\/h2>\n<p>If you come by car, the evening is easier than lunchtime. As our <a href=\"\/en\/faq\/\">FAQ<\/a> explains, once the offices close both the paid blue bays and the free white bays around Viale Aventino free up, and there are paid garages nearby. At lunchtime it is harder, because the area is full of offices, and the metro (line B) is the better choice. We cannot guarantee a space at a given time. If you are going home by metro, check the last train on the ATAC app before ordering dessert.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ra-5-a-group-dinner-that-runs-late\">A group dinner that runs late<\/h2>\n<p>For work dinners or birthdays that go past midnight there is one more rule. The kitchen closes at midnight for groups too, while an event can carry on until 2am. Music, DJ included, stops at midnight. If you are organising a dinner for more than ten people, write to us from the events page with your expected timings: the menu is put together with you and the evening is planned around these hours.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ra-6-from-breakfast-to-the-last-dri\">From breakfast to the last drink<\/h2>\n<p>We are open all day: breakfast from 8am to 11:30am Monday to Friday (from 10am on Saturday and Sunday), aperitivo from 6pm to 7:30pm, the dinner kitchen until midnight and the bar until 1am or 2am. If you would rather eat earlier and stay on, the aperitivo is a middle way, without waiting until 9pm.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ra-7-how-to-book-a-late-table\">How to book a late table<\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"\/en\/prenota\/\">booking page<\/a> has an online form with confirmation by email. You can also call or message us on WhatsApp on +39 342 189 9629, in English too. In the notes, add your arrival time and any requests: a particular cut, an allergy, a child.
